LEARNING IS AT THE HEART OF ALL WE DO
At St. Michael's we provide the children with many varying environments in which to learn, whether they be inside or outside our classrooms. We offer a set class structure of: a Foundation (Prep) classroom, two Year One & Two classrooms, two Year Three & Four classrooms and two Year Five & Six classrooms.
The children are able to pursue their passions and interests to learn about the world around them, explore and understand themselves and others in order to build social awareness, social skills and self awareness.
Our school has made some very important and close links with many organisations within the wider North Melbourne community. We have established strong ties with the Park Ranger Program at Royal Park, the Education Unit at the Royal Children Hospital, The North Melbourne Football Club as well as many others that contribute to the life of the school, through their participation in supporting our teaching and learning programs.
